Request for Proposal (RFP): Winter/Summer Series – Video Production
Project Overview: Bianca Frank Design, on behalf of our client, is seeking proposals for the production of a video series to showcase its winter and summer training programs. The project will span two phases: Phase 1 (January-March) and Phase 2 (June-August), each requiring a set of 15-30 second videos for individual course highlights and a 3-minute video to showcase each series as a whole.
Project Details:
- Client: TBA
- Shooting Locations: 2 (Anchorage classroom and an outdoor shooting range located approx 1 hour north of Anchorage)
- Drone Video Requirement: Yes, for range shooting.
- Content Creation as needed
- Possible voiceover
Phase 1: January-March
- Introduction to Winter Training – 15-30 sec
- Classroom Session – Foundational Skills – 15-30 sec
- Range Session – Winter Shooting Drills – 15-30 sec
- Empowered Ladies Handgun Basics – Confidence in Every Shot – 15-30 sec
- Concealed Carry Essentials – Mastering Everyday Defense – 15-30 sec
- Instructor Interview – Mastering Concealed Carry – 15-30 sec
- 1 Long Form Video (3-5 Min): Winter Training and Skill Development – 1 video showcase and overview of (video 1-6)
Phase 2: June-August
- Training Sessions Highlights – 15-30 sec
- Ladies Only Handgun Basics – Instructor Insights – 15-30 sec
- Ladies’ Course Journey – 15-30 sec
- Beginner Course Journey – 15-30 sec
- Private Instructor Training – Elevate Your Skills in Summer – 15-30 sec
- Advanced Summer Training – Master Your Skills – 15-30 sec
- 1 Long Form Video (3-5 Min): Summer Training Showcase – 1 video showcase and overview of (video 1-6)
Submission Requirements: Interested parties should submit detailed proposals including a company profile, relevant experience, proposed video concepts, timeline, budget estimates (including expenses) for each phase. The deadline for submissions is 12/31/2023 @ 5pm.
Additional Requirements:
- Contract Duration: 8-12 months
- Editing: The proposal should include details on the editing process, including the ability to re-utilize and re-edit footage as needed.
